I've also corrected it a bit, usually you don't render から in 〜ってるから, especially in this sort of construct, 〜ってるからXでもYでも, because から is a strengthener and doesn't have direct translation.

Same here. In my opinion, the previous translations were more accurate.

After all, if you had "kore demo", you're saying "even this" (emphasizing "this"). You're not acting as if you'd prefer "this" to be something else, by saying "it doesn't matter if it's this" ("no matter"). How the sentence is currently translated makes it sound like Aya wouldn't really like to wait that long.

Also, "kara" could well have the direct translation of "because" in this situation, since you don't know that something else wasn't said to or by Aya before she said this sentence...
