I don't think the title of this pool is correct. The title of the image on pixiv and the cover's Japanese says "Gensokyo's Sea". The current title of "To ask pears of an elm tree." is on the bottom of the page.
However, my understanding of the artist's commentary points to http://twitpic.com/bkqv0z/full as being the title (そんならとより晩ご飯は焼き魚). I don't really have a full grasp of what the first half of hiragana means, but it seems relatively mundane to the current title, and not some proverb. Particularly since the comment on the twitpic is うーーーーん味がない。
I put "To ask pears of an Elm Tree" as somewhat of a placeholder name since I didn't actually know the real name of the doujin. I can change the name of the pool to Gensokyo's Sea if that's the real name.
