    If the "big" image is of acceptable quality and noticeably better, upload it, make it the parent of the sample version, and flag the sample for deletion.

    Where is the "noticeably better" part in this case? This pic and the one you uploaded are exactly the same with the excepcion of a 30 KB difference in the filesize
    Whats the point of doing it?
