Coffgirl already has great art with a unique style that immediately makes a person think of a children's cartoon. Her animations actually prove it too. Someone should seriously fund her making a full length Touhou show.

Yuuka still has her pajamas on. Mima broke into her house the same way Reimu and Marisa did. Yuuka hasn't got the chance to put on her makeup or battle panties yet.

Well... in the end of her route in Mystic Square Yuuka talked about learning magic. She might not have been using magic at all during her time in the dream world. But considering there's a lot of fan theories about power tiers and such, it is mostly speculation, especially after the Windows era reset.
Also, Mima's been at it with Reimu since Highly Responsive to Prayers whereas we first met Yuuka in Lotus Land Story, one could assume that Mima has more battle experience. Again, this is all fanon at best.
