Not quite the same, but I remember on one job a period that I shall call crunch time hell. Nearly or over twelve hours of work each day, not counting the time it takes to commute. And that went on for about six months. Those Friday drinking sessions were a godsend.

Having a workforce that little, it's a working hell indeed. I remember mine was so terrible, on the course of 3 months, 5 workers went AWOL and stopped working.
This may be a good thing, since Aya and Hatate feel they owe the cafe after their last visit. Perhaps they'll lend a hand. Or force Momiji to lend a hand.
