Apparently, our method of attaching the chains was insufficient.
There is absolutely no way to climb the Kirifuri Plateau in snow, so I think we should've given up, but the lead car had already gone, so we had to follow after, and this is what happened.
We were out of service range, too, so we couldn't get through by phone. :-)
I'd been puking, but I was able to drive, so I did. Also, if I was holding the wheel, I could stop anywhere I wanted if I started feeling sick!
