If you have support for your back/shoulder, like Nue, yes.

Otherwise, possible but very uncomfortable.

If you try anything like this, I do recommend you rest your elbow or wrist on something (soft but solid).

You're supposed to hold it by the gap in front of the magazine behind the handguard.
Actual handguard grip is discouraged for long range shots because the tension it exerts on the barrel will make your shots inconsistent.
