Doesn't look like cum to me. It's clearly transparent, and if I go by the man hands position, it's more likely they were kissing really hard.

Man, 6 months, no answer. Taking out cum tags, nothing on pixiv indicates that, and his hands position makes more likely that is a "after kiss" or whatever.
