Can't help but get heelish vibes with a cape like that, though it is glorious indeed.

Take note that this is done at around 47 minutes after the announcement. This artist is crazy good. There's even a tag Superhuman "Mik-cis".

That and who exactly pays attention to feet first? I remember a case going to something with a nice suit but ratty shoes and no one noticed the shoes, just the suit.
