if that is Keine on the right, then why is this tagged multiple boys? Just asking since it looks like they are both kids and junk.

It's tagged as Keine on Pixiv, but the character looks more like Tokiko due to the short hair and coloration at the front.

And totes not Tokiko cause of obvious features and they are both kids here.

Well Keine also has coloration on the front and sides. It is blue as a human and green as a were-hakutaku.
