Having a bit of trouble working this out, and I won't be able to get back to it for several hours. Sorry about that.

Edit: Better now, but not quite there, and I'm iffy on some of what I've done. According to Pixiv commentary, this strip's gag is based on a NicoNico video Dora E uploaded, so I'll need time to watch and figure that out first for context, I think. With luck, I'll also be rested enough then to tackle the small, half-cut-off text at the bottom.

Edit 2: The video has Shou and Nazrin commenting, Yukkuri-voice style, on a playthrough of a stage in Megaman DL2. Unfortunately, the dialogue is so fast-paced that I can hardly make out what they're saying most of the time. The "Tora Tora Tra La La XX Ranbu" phrase comes up at one point, but darned if I can tell WHY it's said.

On the bright side, the video description included a link to a version of panel 4 without the border cropping or dialog box, so I was able to get the rest of the text, at least.
