KnK seemed to be stunningly badly written from what I saw of it, but it was probably a combination of Taka translating while drunk and Nasu's stupid plot devices being stupider than usual (inherited multiple personalities).

I don't recall anyone editing Taka's KNK chapters, and they were one of Taka's first projects.

Yeah, it was one of Nasu's first projects, but it's also his most recent movie.
