Daiyousei seems to flip wildly between no threat at all and Krueger levels of terrifying.

Since 外滅びろ is a command, would it be too much to ask someone to make that line more interpreative without killing the flow? I can't think of anything better than what Clamz (the translator) has already come up with...

i can tell you for sure that it is correct and fine the way it is, 以外 [other than]　滅びろ [destroy {also perish}] , well you could put it like
"anything other than cirxdai shall be destroyed"
