Yukikaze was one of two Japanese destroyers to survive the war.
You are correct. Of those commissioned before the war, she was one of "three" to survive along with Ushio and Hibiki. 3 out of 82 pre-war destroyers survived. Although, this number can be significantly increased depending upon one's definition of a destroyer. There are 29 other "minor" vessels which could be loosely classified as destroyers that survived. Nearly all of whom were scrapped by 1948.
