Would've expected that Tacit Ronin would make a much better poster promotional Jaeger for Japan instead. It has much more of an anime mecha build along with the entire theme of it being more agile and flexible than the Jaegers of other countries. Not to mention the name Tacit Ronin actually sounds Japanese, unlike Coyote Tango.
Originally, Tactit Ronin was a Mark 5 Jauger, and Striker was the new kid on the block who was the last one ever made, and was piloted by Y and M. But they scrapped that because Striker looked too arrogant to be the lead mech, and they moved Ronin to the Mark 1s.
