GLaDOS has special ways to treat Subjects. If cake doesn't work, for orphan subjects, the following sentence works very well: "Is obvious that if you had loving parents you'd do this test without any problem." (Not mine, it was hiding into some Portal code, Valve is a bunch of genious)
