yes shes the most powerful IF AND IF you did get her back in august... but to get her... takes a bit more time... right now theres no other way to get her until pprobably the staff decides she can be crafted

yeah, she's on the same level as Musashi, Bismarck, & Nagato. she's craftable too via LSC, but that's probably takes a tons of luck to get her. considering that yamato-class are having big power but have expensive cost too.
