Aside from the emblem, her outfit is identical to Rinko Iori's sweater and apron, and the post title mentions a model shop (which Rinko runs). Plus this went up right in the middle of a lot of other Rinko art, in the wake of the Build Fighters premiere. Pretty sure it's a reference.

I wouldn't be surprised if we don't see a doujin from Tatsunami Youtoku based on the character considering how quick this all came out. I didn't make the correlation until I saw your post.
