Keeping in mind that I've never actually played the game, I started out liking Shimakaze the best, because dang, who could deny them thighhighs. But, then she seems a bit annoying in most series and I've never really been a fan of skimpy clothes, so I became enamored with the adapted miko look and glorious hair of the Kongo-class. So, then, this combination confuzzles me. Probably not in a bad way.
