The odd one out here is Okuu, otherwise this would be a stage 2 gathering. Although, I've always considered her an honourary stage 2, because that's the group she seems to best fit (IMHO) if it wasn't for the yatagarasu.

I actually vote Kogasa as the odd one out, because she's the only one who's not normally kemonomimified.

I think my favourite part of the odd_one_out tag is trying to find ways that anyone in the image could be considered the odd one.
