    Wasn't one of the submarines called the "White Devil" from one of the previous posts, if I recall. Of course, since most of the submarines were manned back then by white men, it could also be a generic term.

    Right. I had to re-correct myself, she was around the solomon islands. Hunting convoys, but she didn't hit any of them.

    Further more, she didn't make any good achievements during 1943 except sinking Sazanami.
