You're right. I wouldn't have noticed it but she has no forearms.

Anatomically, I don't see anything wrong with her arms. They are, however, far too short to pull those swords all the way out of their sheaths without touching the blades.

She can grab the hilt of a sword with one hand and the sheath with the other. That way she can employ the length of both arms for unsheathing.

A technique which she is clearly not using.

She may be sheathing the blades.
