    Same as the child post, but with "Inhale/Exhale" markers added. I guess even with the sound effects and lines indicating air motion, the artist felt it was still potentially ambiguous...?

    I noticed that some of the original text had also been changed, which is why I avoided simply copying the notes over. I had no idea if the translation stayed the same despite the text changes.

    Hey, you're right. Pretty much subtle stuff, though--smaller font size for the upper exercise steps, moved sound effects, etc. There's a slight verb change in the description of the shoulder bounce stretches, and in Eirin's monologue, only one word is significantly revised, with 2-3 verb changes that just slightly alter her tone and/or keep the text fitting in the available space.

    Oh great and powerful Moonspeaker? You accidentally copied #4 in the upper set over #3. Would've fixed it without bothering you if it had been in the note history, but nothin' doin'.

    Appreciate the thought. If you'd copy-pasted it from the child post, no harm would've been done, but it's fixed now.

    Steps ①-⑥ make one set. Do three sets a day: morning, afternoon, and evening. If it feels difficult, do three reps, and if you feel okay with it, go for 10 reps. These stretches should loosen up stiffened muscles that move the lungs (respiratory muscles) and lighten your breathing.

    People who spend a lot of time cooped up in their rooms just playing video games or reading comics tend to develop an image for being gloomy, but actually, another cause is shallow breathing that comes from their posture.     The fact is, when people breathe normally, 40-60% of the air remains incompletely exhaled. We call this "residual air". When breathing become shallow due to insufficient exercise or poor, slouching posture, residual capacity can increase to 70-80%, and you become unable to take in more than a little fresh air.
