    The title is my lame attempt at translating "Dantekottai" which would appear to be a pun on "Nantekottai", a slang expression of exasperation that comes from "Nanto iu koto da!"

    I'm not sure I translated it all correctly or even identified all the tiny moon squiggles, but I hope I at least got the gist.
