I don't think any real AK has a front sight post like that. Some of the Romanian ones look similar but the hole in the front sight post is round instead of rectangular.

Yeah that looks like it's the Magpul x Beta Project tactical AK.
Nope, a few of the AK-100 series are designed with that kind of gas block/front sight post. I believe this one is a 104.
That being said, changing the AK74 tag to the AK104
The Beta Project mags are supposed to be 5.56, which would make this an AK-102. It's kind of awkward having separate tags for families of weapons (AK-102/104/105 and Beretta 92/M9 tags are present here) whose members differ in fairly insignificant ways but have different names, but what can you do - any alternative I can think of would be unwieldy or overly generic.
