nope,all new ship start at that ship's base stat.

As much as I find this adorable, I can't help but feel sorry for chibi-Akagi. Chiefly from there being no holes in the box ha ha Even with the whole 'kanmusu aren't human' bit.

The shady shades Kaga's wearing while making the delivery are what make the whole image for me.

This strip kind of puts me in mind of adopting a puppy. I always felt a bit sad about taking it away from its mommy and brothers and sisters.

I suppose the chibi akagi will miss its sisters and Kaga-kaa-san, but it'll have lots of new kanmusu to meet and play with. I just hope she has a good T-san to take care of her and make sure she gets lots of bauxite.

True, although most of the time, the reason for adopting free puppies is simply because the family in question just can't take care of 5-6 more dogs.
