I'd say hairstyle is more than close enough. So is the general uniform, not quite there, but close. I'm quite sure the drawer intented this to be Kagami or atleast someone with almoast the same looks.

No, it's definitely not her. If you search the Tsuyokiss tag, there's another girl on the first page that is clearly the same, though her name is not given.

I see. I was wrong afterall. All the pics I saw on danbooru's first page, had short hair ver of her. Oh well, you always learn new things.

I was torn between Lucky Star and an anime I didn't know about when I tagged it, so I just skeptically went with the hair and ribbons. =/ My bad.
