Not actually a mechanization of Inumuta, the text in this image says it's a personification of Probe Regalia. Yes it is a personification because 擬人化(gijinka) is written on the image even if the character in question is a machine.(The fact that it's a humanoid machine should still be a perfect warranty for a personification tag).
Same goes for the other image which features a personified Symphony Regalia.
