It just came on the top of my head that time when I was reading about it in Wikipedia and I came across this pic in Pixiv. Here's the artist's comment on the image for anyone curious:

I'm 90% certain that this picture is based on a frame from the opening of Neon Genesis Evangelion. In the original picture, 5-6 year old Shinji is standing alone next to a duffel bag crying with his left shirtsleeve fallen off of his shoulder.

Shouldn't there by "shock" or "empty_eyes" or something?

The artist really does not know how to draw arms. Her mother arm looks the same size as her, but her mother should be an adult and therefore the arm should be longer. The bones outside the arm look more like a couple of chopsticks or pensils.

Her mother's forearm is as long as her entire arm.
