I knew I recognized that from a translation note somewhere, but obviosuly I can't read the article on it.
I can't read it either, but the illustrations make it clear. In hiragana entry mode, if you press the keys of the top two letter rows on your keyboard in sequence (i.e. q-a-w-s-e etc.) this is what comes out. I just tried it: くぁwせdrftgyふじこlp.
And this makes me wonder if it's also the origin of the "qwaser" in seikon no qwaser.
