Satsuki represents the oppressing dominance over clothing("Life Fiber Override") while her mother is the absolute subjugation to clothing(the entire "What is a clothing" speech).
Unlike the naked monkeys, both of them accept the usage of clothing, but their views on it are stark paradoxical to each other.
Not to mention that the entire 2nd opening sequence pretty much portrays REVOCS as a 3rd faction rather than belonging with the Honnoji.

Dude...her mom basically raped her while she was taking a bath. And it implied that that had been going on for YEARS. I kinda thought that Satsuki was gonna kill her mother sooner or later....

I might have to rewatch that bit, her clothing speech was a bit vague to me when I first heard it.
