Well... There's an image where Ikazuchi is eating a sweet potato biscuit... Tenryuu is seen eating miso soup rice too.

Shiba Dog Admiral's seems to be not so concerned about that detail.
Actually... other than about Akagi eating bauxite and few comics playing on the joke (like that one when Fubuki served her Admiral heavy oil), artists usually give their girls normal food to eat.

Alright, I think I know why I got confused.

There was a post from this comic a while back with Yuudachi complaining that she couldn't eat hamburger... which is what the translation said. I took it to mean that she literally couldn't eat it (i.e. real food, not resources). Now that I went back to that strip and cleaned up the translation, I finally understand what she really meant, and what really happened that strip.

So yeah, Ashigara here is getting Katsu curry for herself.

Thought it's clear enough from context of the previous strip. They're going to get treated with hamburger, but it's cancelled because Yonehara got that fatal blow.
