Mithiwithi about 11 years ago [hidden] ヴ is the kana for 'u' decorated with dakuten, and apparently is generally used to represent 'vu'. It's probably being used for the initial 'bu' instead of the usual ブ because Japanese doesn't normally have distinct 'bu' and 'vu' sounds. 0 Reply Copy ID Copy Link
