Not sure if the artist read wrong or if the subs I saw was wrong but I'm pretty sure Blue-sama meant love in general or...at least with normal people.
Here it says love between Precures(I'm reading this as a cure loving another cure) which is BULLSHIT.
if love between precure is forbidden than the most one who will bersek are rikka and hibiki. setsuna will confus because she love love/peach as a foster sister. karen can have yuri wedding because kurumi is not a precure.
