Well, there is an art, or rather, a knack to it. The knack is in learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss.

True, but you can't just throw yourself and try to miss. You have to actually throw yourself and get distracted at the last second.

Maybe. Although I also remember seeing an article somewhere which suggested a specific species of ant was capable of doing this.
