I feel like Mako, not being very bright, would not have a very imaginative name. So, I'm thinking she'd call it "Muneketsu", for "chest-butt", the two parts of her body most exposed by this outfit. (It would probably be written in either hiragana or katakana, as Mako was implied to be illiterate kanji-wise.)
