Including running aground, getting bombed, getting strafed by aircraft (and losing her captain in that run), and going in for repairs another time for another incident of damage Wikipedia didn't describe, all on transport or escort missions.
She was finally pulled into the Combined Fleet, (I.E. the main battle force,) and promptly got bombed to sinking.
