I was unable to find for sure the full romanized name of the artist.

According to the suggestion, I created a sasaki_yukinojou (implying the artist is a female? which is odd). At least her/his work will be regrouped by a common tag.

Man this guy has skills. Look at how closely he cut out those tiny motion lines.

Well, they can go either way.

That and the sleeves could be pulled outwards from centrifugal force by spinning at a velocity that'd pull everything else off too.
