Blackrabbitsoul's Pixiv account is still active and the profile gives age and gender as 26 and male. This artist is an 18yr old female. Unless one or the other was lying on the profile, they're not the same.

The Pixiv post says this was made with the digital painting software SAI and because it looks like traditional media, it would be tagged as faux traditional media.
