Don't think Mystia and Keine close that loop. And Keine's erased her feelings for Mokou anyway.
Most classic love triangles are two people loving the same person, not a three-way loop. (After all, it would necessarily involve homosexual romance at some point, and they didn't write about those things so much in the past, barring Greeks...)
As for erasing her feelings, well, it's yet to be seen how effective that is. If they can spring up once... It's what was being referred to in any case.
