I can't unsee Yousuke from this.
I've seen more than one artist who makes Hiei look like Yousuke with varying degrees of feminization. It doesn't help that maybe it's because I was exposed to Persona 4 before KanColle, but my first thought upon seeing Hiei was more or less "this girl sure looks a lot like Yosuke Hanamura".
