Alice and Marisa don't strike me as rich. Alice isn't really manipulative, either. Parsee, Yamame, Yuugi, Lunasa, Luna, and Lily White/Black all seem to live without money at all. (Communist Touhous!)

I'm not sure she's quite rich, but you might have a case against Suwako, though. Yukari, definitely.

I wasn't exactly talking about Touhou.
I was more thinking of Johann from Monster, Gilgamesh from Fate/Stay Night, Arthas from Warcraft 3, Liquid Snake and Ocelot from the Metal Gear franchise, the Major from Hellsing, Wesker from Resident Evil and several other evil blond guys that are really, really evil.

Oh? Keep on stealing, er, I mean borrowing stuff without returning? That's kind of one thing that makes people rich, in theory at least. Alice is living with so many dolls and is a puppeteer of sort, what do you mean she's not rich and manipulative?

Living without the need of money is the true kind of rich, having no bound to any kind of property, and yes, that's what Carl Mark and V.I.Lenin says over time, Ho Chi Minh too so yeah, that's pretty communism like. Actually, it is the goad of communism. To live with everyone has what they need. All they need to do is taking stuff, no need to pay money. Because production rate is so high, people can do so.

Rich is a relative term, because the concept of material abundance is a relative concept governed by supply and demand. One cannot be rich without others being poor in the same way that a material can only be abundant when demand is low compared to supply.

Our communist touhous, though not bound by any property or other material constraints, are not rich (Unless we take a very broad definition of rich - in which case everyone is rich in some way and the term loses meaning). Marx theorized communism as the end goal of capitalism in terms of social progress, but material richness is a completely different concept. The whole concept of communism one can say, was to abolish the inequality of wealth that sustains the very concept of "richness." No blond hair person in touhou is rich with the exception of Suwako, Flan, and Yukari (Maybe Ran). Certainly these people are quite manipulative, but they are only a minority of all the blonds in touhou that we know of.
