I don't live in an English-speaking country, so I have no idea what is the usual word for those. I'd probably call them green or bell peppers. As OOZ662, I'd understand paprika as the spice too.
Capsicum gives me funny feelings because it sounds like a scientific word from Latin.
I'd say that "bell pepper" would be preferable, since "paprika" is a Hungarian loan word for the whole genus (including spicy peppers), and Capsicum is not in regular use, and describes the whole genus.
I doubt they're shoveling habaneros into their mouths.
