Is it spinning right or left? I only see it spinning clockwise.

This particularly reminds me of the ending to P4 The Animation with Yu in a very similar pose and an arcana card spinning in his hand just like that.

I'm fairly certain it's a Persona 4 parody. But it's not tagged as so on Pixiv so I won't claim anything.

Concentrate only on the stationary foot, and try to manipulate it to move left and right (not spinning).
When you've done that, you can make the figure change directions at will.

Holy crap indeed. Thanks for the tips. It was much harder to do that on Spinning Dance but I guess you can manipulate your brain rather easily with this gif. Oh man it's fun to command over this card at will hehe.
