What exactly is going on here?

My best guess, tone is holding a hammer which equates to crafting. Circumstances unknown I'd assume Tone is crafting without the admiral's consent ha ha She's just lucky Tone there isn't running LSC mats.

Trying to craft a Reppu (so claimed)　with an all max recipe, that's what. It's video game mechanics.

With a recipe like that, she's likely gonna end up with a box of penguins, no wonder the admiral is so concerned.

I usually use 30/60/30/130 with Kaga as secretary ship: Reppuu's drop rate is low (only got 4 so far and one of them I scrapped by accident...) but at least this recipe also gives a chance of getting other 3-star planes.

And Tone trying to craft planes? Poor Sakurako, if at least her Kaga wasn't so ummm... yeah. post #1523840
