I cannot see the sense in uploading one and the same image three times with no visible differences.

The other two have their sizes compressed for some reason. They probably should not have been uploaded or approved in the first place.

The first one was uploaded by me and I can tell you that I used the URL as always.
However, they are same, compressed or not, for me they look absolutely identical.
Maybe the artist himself changed the size, who knows.

They're not identical, the artist has been editing the image. Mostly adjusting Pikachu's left foot.
