Wanted to draw Chun Li in a simple but elegant manner. Got the inspiration from those vintage Chinese posters of girls in cheongsam dresses. Originally I was gonna draw flowers around her but it looked corny in my mind so I put them on her dress instead - so now she is the flower XD Chinese characters are actually her name which alludes to Spring and beauty.
