I wouldn't go so far as to call it 'rape'. Kuro is part of Ilya, and Ilya already had a thing for Miyu, and that part of her personality is probably amplified in Kuro. And it's not like Miyu tried to stop her, either - I'm pretty sure she was enjoying it at the end there.
And it's definitely not explicit; there's nothing erotic about this besides the tonsil hockey (no nudity, etc.).
I'd call it rape. Miyu was trying to struggle, she was just too shell shocked to mount an effective resistance (and Black Illya is far more physically powerful than either of them - Archer install there).
Wow, this is a new low for the anime industry. It's fallen, to the point, where people have to animate two little girls making out, with one clearly resisting. This is pandering to the fullest. The otaku, and pervs have taken over anime now. There's no justification for this at all. This scene was clearly meant for cheap titlation, and nothing more. I honestly have no words anymore, for how bad most Japanese anime have gotten in recent years. All i'll say(and this is not a diss to anime, or anime fans), is that it's probably a good time for western animation now.
No one had to do anything. This was animated for a partial/ulterior plot of this episode/saga. A scene of a television animation was, is, and always will be, a creative idea born of dozens of people in a studio who have worked their way to where they are now competently. The very reason entertainment exists is for that end, entertainment, what better justification is there? Fandiscs, eroges and erotic OVAs have been produced and distributed since the 80s, with OVAs themselves dating back to even the 70s; they've always been around, and if you stick your nose around, you're bound to find particular places where the more 'private/personal' styles of animation and story become mixed with high-end studio production values and writing. The Fate series itself began as eroge over ten years ago, and has since evolved into a huge franchise that has enough of a fanbase to rival modern day Dragonball fans.

why are you here then? i believe 95% of danbooru is about anime / touhou / vocaloid and the other just art about scene.. u even come to this post just to post that you prefer western animation , arent u just trying to get attention here? i still not sure if u really hate anime
