Most, if not all, of this artist's other Mouse Marisa pictures also have her saying "Na~u" and nothing else, so I'm guessing it's intended to be a nonsense catchphrase like Mukyuu or Myon.
The word itself does have a meaning, but it wouldn't make sense by itself.
