Well should still keep in mind that they're in a game, and the game even goes to the point of correcting the aim for the players by showing where the bullet will hit after taking into consideration all the external factors. Furthermore she's somewhat gaming the way targeting works (why the target reticle becomes so accurate at the end). Really, more or less how real games work though on being able to game certain aspects to put things into your favor and sometimes making mistakes in realism (or simply ignoring it altogether).

Actually, given that they had the one with the minigun have his gear concealed, and the guy with a light machine gun fully revealed to be an obvious target, not only did they anticipate being shot, they were asking to be shot to expose any snipers. Since after the first shot, unless the sniper in the game repositions, all their additional shots will have their bullet lines exposed allowing for players to dodge them.
